Economic Impact on Phillips County:

The 75Strong initiative is driving meaningful change in Phillips County by creating a stronger, more diverse talent pool. Through its focus on building and expanding entrepreneurship ecosystems around the state, the program is cultivating a future workforce that will support the county's expansion of industries.

One of the key goals of the 75Strong program is to increase entrepreneurship across the state and right here in Phillips County. By providing resources, mentorship, and the tools necessary to launch and sustain new businesses, 75Strong is empowering a new generation of entrepreneurs who will contribute to the region’s economic vitality.

This focus on entrepreneurship is especially vital in Phillips County, where fostering local businesses can help create jobs, revitalize financial districts, and promote long-term economic independence.

  • Enhance workforce development and improve skillsets for residents, positioning Phillips County as a prime location for business expansion.

  • Strengthen local community organizations, making them more sustainable and impactful in creating positive change.
