The Delta Cultural Center is inviting all local artists to bring your lunch, art supplies and set up your easel to paint or sketch at Freeman Playground. If you have small children, bring them as well. Freeman Playground is an excellent park for children to play, as well as artists to paint. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided.
